We look to acquire well-run, family-owned businesses with consistent annual net income of $500K to $3M. Our flexible capital allows owners to have the transition they want - whether it's crafting a transition period over 5 years or an immediate buyout. We work with existing ownership to exit on their terms.

Josh & Joe fortuitously met at Emory's Goizueta Business School in May 2016. They spent time forming a friendship in & outside the classroom - scheming up ways to buy an existing distillery and a local Quick Service Restaurant. But you could also find them backpacking in southern Tennessee on the weekends.

JOSH UNDERWOOD

Josh currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia but is known to be affectionately boastful of his upbringing in the Northeast Georgia mountains of Habersham County.

Josh is actively involved in Young Life, serving as a volunteer leader for 10+ years and having served on the local board in Athens. He's a member of Trinity Anglican Church in Atlanta.

Hobbies: basketball, tennis, being outside

JOE MILLER

After spending his childhood moving around the world as the son of a Naval officer, Joe settled in Atlanta during his high school years and has made the city his first real home.

Joe loves all things outdoors and music - he spends his time rock climbing, biking, and playing the banjo. Recently, Joe got back from a 6-month trip living out of his car and traveling the country with his wife, Emily.
